2024 ROTC Joint Commissioning Reception

Reception being held at Navy Building after the completion of Joint Commissioning Ceremony (held in Devlin).  Event is being entered by Navy ROTC as a placeholder but will be organized by Tulane Alumni Association with further details pending.
