The Office of Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion and the Chief Diversity Officer, working in collaboration with the Tulane University Leadership Institute, offers leaders from across
the university the opportunity to develop the skills and understanding necessary to
contribute to institutional anti-racism initiatives at all levels of the University. Offered
to Tulane University employees at all levels, the Anti-Racism Leadership Program
(ARLP) is a strategic and professional growth opportunity for high performing Tulane
University employees that are interested in learning about the foundations of anti-
racism work, engaging in discussion around anti-racism topics and initiatives, and
sharpening their leadership skills to practice effective anti-racism leadership. The ARLP
is specifically designed to give employees the time and space to think critically, grow,
and develop within a network of Tulane employees who are dedicated to continuing
the work of anti-racism and foster involvement and inclusion in the broader university
community.

Graduates of the ARLP will receive a certificate and digital badge distinguishing them
as members of a network of university leaders who are dedicated to the betterment and
growth of Tulane University and who will be champions in leading future change
initiatives in the Tulane community
