Kay McLennan will demonstrate how AI case study characters enhance her business and leadership studies courses. In addition, Kay will demonstrate how AI characters can be used for interviewing, on-boarding, and training in the workplace. As an alternative to traditional lecture slides, the SoPA students surveyed on the use of AI-driven case study characters overwhelming prefer this type of interactive learning.

2. AI as a Performance Coach: Vibe Coding & Real-Time Feedback with speaker, Javier Pineda, MBA, MS, SHRM-CP; Tulane Office of Human Resources

This session highlights how Tulane HR is exploring technical automation with the human-centric coaching to empower a modern, high-performing workforce.
