"Knockout Negativity" Free Boxing Demo Class- Personal Training Studio | Tuesday, January 28th:

  • BoxFit45 | 5:30-6:15 PM

Boxing gloves will be provided during demonstrations for participants.

All small group training classes take place in the Personal Training Studio (Fourth Floor, Reily Student Recreation Center). There are 10 spots available for each class. 

Boxing gloves are provided to each newly registered participant to use during class. Hand wraps are provided for FREE to returning participants.  Please see the small group training webpage for more information on boxing equipment expectations for the class.
