These meetings are where Community Engaged Advocates (CEAs) find connection and professional depth. We offer training in dialogue facilitation and community engagement, including reflection. Knowledge building targets leadership, character development, and civic readiness. The sessions prioritize well-being, addressing burnout for sustained support.
