Cocoa for CASA
Cocoa for CASA is an annual event hosted at the Theta House, featuring cozy winter and holiday decorations, along with pastries donated by local businesses and homemade by members. This event brings together the community to enjoy seasonal treats while supporting two meaningful philanthropies: the Kappa Alpha Theta Foundation and the National CASA/GAL Association.
The Kappa Alpha Theta Foundation funds educational, leadership, and charitable programs that empower members of the fraternity. Through its grants, the Foundation provides valuable resources such as leadership training, alcohol education, and alumnae development opportunities.
The National CASA/GAL Association supports a nationwide network of volunteers who advocate for children who have experienced abuse or neglect. These court-appointed advocates work to ensure that every child has a safe, permanent home and the opportunity to thrive. CASA’s vision is a world where all children grow up in safe, loving environments with the stability and support they need.
