Jeanette Gustat of TU Public Health and Anamaria Villamarin-Lupin of Broadmoor Improvement Association discuss an onsite garden that supplements BIA’s food pantry at Broadmoor Community Church and its impact on the community and how community members and students are involved. Tulane and community members contribute their knowledge in small groups about gardens, research, programs, assessments and engagement.
