Culture Connections: Back to School Kickoff!

Welcome back from Winter Break! Let's kick off the spring semester with our first Culture Connections at Wave City Market. This is an opportunity for all students to meet with staff, receive resources, swag, get free food, & participate in a raffle!

These events aim to help intercultural students build community. Building a strong community is important for students, as it fosters a sense of belonging, support, and shared understanding. By connecting with peers from diverse backgrounds, students can exchange cultural perspectives, create meaningful friendships, and develop a support network that enriches their academic and personal lives.

This event is hosted by the Office of International Students & Scholars, Title IX, the Division of Student Affairs, and Tulane Hospitality. Participating offices also include the Center for Intercultural Life, the School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine Office of Student Experience, Campus Health - The Well, Campus Recreation - TU Fit, and the School of Medicine Office of Multicultural Affairs
