Indoor Cycling can be a great cardio exercise that’s low-impact on the joints and effective for aerobic or interval training. Dimming the lights and pedaling to the beat of the music makes a 60-minute workout breeze past. If you’re a first-time rider, or just need a refresher following summer break, this is the workshop for you. We will cover the basics of a cycling class from bike set-up and safety to monitoring intensity and pace. Come get your sweat on! Arrive early to secure your spot, limit 17 participants.
