2020 has proven to be a year of radical change for the workforce. From responding to a global pandemic to navigating a nationwide social movement to sailing blustery political winds, this year has not only tested leaders; it has transformed the way they govern. The flood of rapid change is far from over – the challenges of 2020 have merely accelerated the timetable in which organizations and agencies must confront new issues, behaviors, technologies, and regulations.
