Uptown CampusOne of the biggest financial hurdles that young adults struggle with is overcoming societal pressures to “do things the right way.” Generations before us have gotten married and settled down, purchased houses, and gotten stuck in unfulfilling jobs at young ages because that is the traditional way to plan your life. In the class, we can talk about making realistic short- and long-term goals, financial literacy/how to invest, and choosing the right careers, while emphasizing the importance of finishing life at your own pace instead of keeping up with the Joneses. SMART goal worksheets will be provided.
