Join us for a calming mid-day soundbath experience on Wednesday, March 4th —completely free and open to all. No RSVP or gym membership is needed, just bring yourself and relax into the soothing sounds.
A water bottle and a blanket (if you have one) are encouraged to help you stay comfortable. Invite a friend and take this opportunity to pause, recharge, and find balance in the middle of your day.
