Join Campus Recreation in Tidewater 1225 on Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30pm beginning September 26th for a four-week, Vinyasa Yoga class series. Use this time to connect to your body and let go of stress through mindful stretches and deep breathing exercises.
Class is drop-in; however, space is limited. Please bring a mat or towel and water. There are a limited number of mats available to borrow on a first-come, first-serve basis. Classes run through Tuesday, October 17th.
