Efforts are well underway to coordinate agency efforts pertaining to the environmental review process for federal projects. The aim is to develop transparency and create predictability in the process with the aim to reach decisions more quickly - but not dictate what that outcome should be. This panel will examine such developments in federal permitting, including the codification of FAST-41, Justice40 initiatives, and the creation of the Federal Permitting Council.
