This panel focuses on energy transition in Louisiana, especially in how the progress in Offshore Wind Developments and how such progress related to Governor John Bel Edward’s Climate Action Plan. This panel will discuss the background of the Climate Action Plan, including the unique difficulties and relevant considerations in implementing the Plan in Louisiana. Harry Vorhoff, the Deputy Director of the Louisiana Governor’s Office of Coastal Activities, will discuss his involvement in this project.
