This panel discusses the current status of PFAS litigation and anticipated developments and trends in this field of environmental litigation. This panel will discuss the background of the more than 6,400 PFAS-related lawsuits that have been filed since 2005. This panel will cover the current and potential future EPA regulatory initiatives, with respect to conducting studies and rulemakings to address PFAS.
