Get one-on-one time with our personal trainers to build your confidence in navigating the Weight Room and Functional Fitness Gym with our orientation that will introduce you to strength equipment and provide you with the general knowledge you need to get a full-body workout. The Fitness Assessment includes a body composition analysis, as well as a flexibility, strength, and heart-rate evaluation.
