Fulbright Scholar Program Session: 3:30 pm- 4:30 pm

Lora Seery and Alison Glomski, Outreach and Recruitment Managers at the Institute of International Education, will offer a workshop on the Fulbright Scholar Program for faculty members, professionals, and administrators to research and/or teach abroad. The Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program offers over 400 awards in more than 130 countries for U.S. citizens to teach, conduct research and carry out professional projects around the world.  College and university faculty, as well as artists and professionals from a wide range of fields can join over 400,000 Fulbrighters who have come away with enhanced skills, new connections and greater mutual understanding.

Topics covered in the workshops include:

  • An overview of the Fulbright US Scholar Program, including eligibility and award types
  • Tips on how to craft a competitive application and information about important deadlines

Interested faculty and administrators are encouraged to attend this workshop hosted by the Associate Provost of International Affairs
