Boggs 105

The Tulane University Neuroscience Association alongside the Tulane Science Scholars club will receive a presentation from Dr. Fadok on his research. His research is focused on understanding how the brain controls formation and expression of emotional memory at the level of defined neuronal circuits. His current interests include brain-wide neuronal networks and their interactions with learning and adaptive behavior. His laboratory involves large-scale in vivo recordings of neuronal activity, targeted manipulations of function in behaving animals, and cell-type specific neuronal tracing techniques.
