History of Medicine Society B. Bernard Weinstein Banquet

Uptown Campus
Willa Jean

We are delighted to invite you to our 70th Annual B. Bernard Weinstein Memorial Banquet, celebrating the History of Medicine with the Southern Food & Beverage Museum's founder, Liz Williams!

In addition to bringing narratives on medicinal cocktails and food medicine, you'll enjoy live student entertainment and catering and open bar courtesy of Willa Jean. The event is open to students and faculty. Student tickets are $50, and faculty tickets are $100.

Each year, the Tulane History of Medicine Society (HOMS) sponsors a paper competition on the history of medicine. Five awards and cash prizes ranging from $150-500 are given to the best original papers written on various topics in the history of medicine, as judged by members of the Tulane faculty. The awards are presented annually at the B. Bernard Weinstein Memorial Banquet and Lecture. Essay submissions are to be submitted by Saturday, March 18th to homs.tulane@gmail.com.

Please RSVP here by March 25th.

If you have any questions, please email hrachamallu@tulane.edu or homs.tulane@gmail.com.
We look forward to seeing you at the banquet!
