Interfraternity Council Recruitment Week 3 Convocation

Uptown Campus
LBC #203 - Stibbs

Recruitment for the Interfraternity Council (IFC) is a semi-informal process. Students interested in joining an IFC fraternity should make every effort to introduce themselves to as many members as possible from each fraternity. To assist in this process, IFC hosts three separate weeks – called Recruitment Weeks – where each fraternity will host an open recruitment event for one night during that week. The first night of each recruitment week, IFC will host a program called Convocation to introduce interested men to fraternity life at Tulane and the recruitment process. To be eligible to join a fraternity in the spring, you  must attend at least one Recruitment Convocation and at least one Recruitment Week event for each fraternity. Attendance will be tracked, and no exceptions will be made. Recruitment Convocations take place on the Monday of each Recruitment Week; there is no need/benefit to attend more than one Recruitment Convocation. Each fraternity will host one event each Recruitment Week so there will be at least three opportunities to attend a recruitment event for each fraternity. You are encouraged to attend all events put on by each fraternity, and you should be proactive about attending these events and Recruitment Convocation.
