Intro to Weight Training is a comprehensive four-session series occurring in March. Participants will work in a small group with a certified personal trainer to learn about and train with the equipment inside the weight room and functional fitness gyms. Participants will also learn how to design their own workout session, set a personal goal and receive a free workout journal and water bottle! Registration is free but limited, advanced registration is required.
Class meets Thursdays at 6:00pm between Thursday, March 3–Thursday, March 24.
