JAUNT with us to the Southern Food and Beverage Museum for a free hands-on cooking class. You'll learn how to make two New Orleans' favorites, Jambalaya and Bananas Foster. While the food is cooking, we will tour the museum. After the tour we will reconvene to enjoy the Jambalaya and Bananas Foster. Spots are limited, RVSP by 1/24/24 to claim your spot for this JAUNT.

Transportation via Streetcar | 9:40-10AM 

The Southern Food and Beverage Museum is home to several entities: The Museum of the American Cocktail (MOTAC), SoFAB Research Center, Deelightful Roux School of Cooking, National Culinary Heritage Register, and Nitty Grits Media Network. NATFAB continues to grow into the nation's most comprehensive cultural institution studying food and drink.
