We will be having our composite photo session through the Fraternal Composite company on October 20^th 2020. 2 members photos can be completed within 5 minutes. This session is only open to our members who were initiated in the spring. We sent out a sign up sheet for 2 members to sign up for a 5 minute time slot for their photo. Instead of having this be done inside and to be COVID safe we will be doing these outside of the Kappa house in our driveway. There will only be one person present from the company present to take the pictures. A member of our National House Board organization will be there to monitor the event throughout.Members will be socially distanced while they wait and everyone will be required to wear a mask, and only permitted to take them off when their photo is being taken. The time slots are from 11:00am-2:00pm and 4:00pm to 7:00pm. We will submit the attendance tracking at the end of the even for the Universities record.
