We will be holding our first chapter lunch. A food truck from "La Cocinita" will be parked in our Kappa house driveway from 11:00am to 2:00pm. A sign up sheet has been sent to the chapter to fill out for what time they will be picking up their meal in order to control the number of people present and keep record of who is at the house. A maximum of 40 people are allowed per 30 minute time slot, however we anticipate there will be less than 40 at a time. Members will be required to wear a mask and practice social distancing by waiting in line standing 6ft apart. In order to ensure this we will have council members present to monitor. Once members have received their meals they are required to take it to eat elsewhere, they will not be allowed to eat their meal on the property. This is so the number of people at the house at a time is always within the gathering size limit, and to avoid any groups of people congregating together to eat. I will share this sign up sheet with the names of members with the Panhellenic office once it is complete.
