KickBox45 & BoxFit45 Class Registration Deadline (Round 2) - March 15th
Maximize your high-intensity workouts with this quick boxing training class. Add the fundamentals of heavy bag boxing into your workout routine with this 45-minute circuit workout class. The primary focus will include working with our personal training staff to learn basic boxing bag movements and workouts safely and correctly. Boxing gloves and wraps are not included with registration. Recommendations for personal boxing gloves and wraps will be provided within email registration confirmation along with listed on our small group training webpage.
