We are excited to share a new resource available for campus programs, departments, student organizations, and teams - a portable labyrinth that can be reserved for workshops, reflection programs, retreats, or community-building experiences.

A labyrinth is not a maze; it is a single, guided path designed to encourage reflection, mindfulness, and intentional attention. Walking the labyrinth offers participants an opportunity to slow down, focus, and consider what may be on their minds - whether preparing for a transition, building team connection, navigating change, or simply creating space for reflection. It can be a meaningful addition to leadership programs, wellness initiatives, retreats, dialogues, or opening/closing moments at events.

To help partners feel comfortable using the labyrinth, we will host a labyrinth simulation and facilitation overview on Wednesday, April 8 from 11am-12pm in LBC 203. This session will provide:

  • A brief introduction to the purpose and potential uses of the labyrinth
  • A guided walk experience
  • Facilitation tips for hosting the labyrinth with your own groups
  • Information about how to reserve the labyrinth for programs

We hope this new resource offers another meaningful way to support reflection, connection, and well-being across our campus community.
