Leading with Empathy means understanding and valuing the emotions and perspectives of others, fostering trust and collaboration in a supportive environment.

 In this workshop, participants will learn:
-Key definitions relating to sexual misconduct and gender discrimination.
-Information on evidence-based trauma-informed skills and advocacy.
-Information on evidence-based intervention tactics and conflict de-escalation practices.
