Join the Meditation Club in the LBC for guided meditation & discussion on mindfulness and mental health! Practicing mindfulness has been proven to help us cope with stress & anxiety, boost our attention and concentration, and give us insight into our emotions.
Mindfulness allows us to notice emotions, anxieties, negative perceptions and self-talk as they arise, and before they become entrenched, enabling us to deal with them more effectively.
