Test your knowledge and skills in this new 2-hour fitness workshop, hosted by our Tulane Personal Training staff. This workshop will cover how to properly execute and implement the most popular Olympic lifting exercises into your routine. This class is designed for all fitness levels, experienced lifters may learn something new. The exercises will range from beginners to advance with emphasis on these specific exercises: Power Clean (all levels), Front Squat (all levels), Squat Clean (Intermediate to Advanced), Push Jerk (Intermediate to Advanced), Power Snatch (All levels), Squat Snatch (Intermediate to Advanced).
