The Tulane Law and Philosophy Society is hosting a presentation and discussion around the legal philosophy of Originalism. We are proud to have one of the most thoughtful and wise contemporary legal philosophers, Lawrence Solum, in New Orleans to present a lecture, followed by a discussion and Q&A. Lawrence Solum is currently teaching at the University of Virginia School of Law as the William L. Matheson and Robert M. Morgenthau Distinguished Professor of Law. Professor Solum has written extensively on several legal and philosophical subjects, including Originalism, where he is an international authority.
