Parol Making Workshop Pt 2

A parol is a traditional Filipino decoration that is created amongst friends and family during the festive season. Just as in the Philippines, TUFSA wants to unite the community during the festive season by creating this ornamental decor. This will be part one of a two-part event in which we create the parol frames. Attendees will first learn about a brief history of uses of the parol, including the Disney short film on this tradition, and will then have the opportunity to talk to one another while creating a frame for their parol.
