Join the members in residence of Alpha of Louisiana chapter of Phi Beta Kappa, the nation's oldest honor society, for their annual fall lecture. Dr. Kenneth Harl, professor emeritus of history at Tulane, will discuss his recently released book, Empires of the Steppes: A History of the Nomadic Tribes Who Shaped Civilization. Dr. Harl's talk will be followed by refreshments.
