Tulane Campus Rec has teamed up with Take Paws Rescue to bring you the cuddliest yoga of the season! This fun class will teach you techniques to let go of tension, build body awareness, and clear your mind—all while puppies give you unconditional love. This is an all-levels class and beginners are welcomed and encouraged! Bring a yoga mat or towel for class. Class is weather-dependent, please check website and/or TU Rec app for updates.
