Posse Plus Retreat

Uptown Campus
Online

Every year, The Posse Foundation and Posse Scholars facilitate an annual weekend-long PossePlus Retreat.  During a PossePlus Retreat weekend, a cross-section of the campus community — students, faculty and administrators, and community leaders — come together to talk about the topic on a national, campus, and personal level. By creating a safe space for dialogue between campus community members who may not ordinarily interact with one another, retreats today have become an important forum to engage in social, cultural, and political issues.

This year Tulane will host our first-ever virtual PossePlus Retreat on the Topic. The State of Leadership: Community, Conflict, and Change. We will start our conversation with a dynamic video highlighting some of our most pressing issues. As we come to the retreat, we will discuss our shared roles as changemakers. Join us for the 2021 PPR: The State of Leadership.

At this year's PPR, we will have the opportunity to tackle questions that will help us chart a course forward. How can our communities come together to help lead the world forward? Where are the opportunities for you to lead as an individual? How can we continue to build community while we are physically distanced? And how might future elections shift the social and political dynamics for change within our country?

The 2021 PossePlus Retreat is open to all members of the Tulane Community.
