Qualification Sprint Group Meetings 1 & 2

Dear Colleagues,

As we begin FY25, and continue to celebrate our record-breaking fundraising last year, it’s time to focus in and prepare for the future. Each one of us works hard to develop and cultivate relationships with Tulanians across all levels of engagement. This year, working together, we will measure and track our collective efforts to expand and strengthen our pipeline of donors and volunteers.

We are thrilled to invite you to join us in kicking off a new, division-wide initiative: a year-long Qualification Sprint! We will begin as a large group on August 9 to talk about WHY this is important, as well as begin getting into the details of HOW we will incorporate this focus on qualification into our regular priorities throughout the year. And then, we will break out into Cross-Team Qualification Cohorts that will work together throughout the year to develop skills, share strategies, and support each other. Each cohort has a peer leader – you will be hearing directly from yours very soon!

More details will be shared over the next month, and please feel free to reach out to any of us with questions or concerns! We are so excited to be launching this new initiative, and we hope it will be a fun and meaningful way to accomplish great work for Tulane this year.
