According to the Spring 2021 National College Health Assessment, 25.7% of college students have reported that sleep difficulties negatively impact their academic performance. The Ready for Rest sleep challenge is a hands-on experience to learn about sleep in a way that works for you. Ready for Rest invites you to apply the sleep knowledge gained through the Invest in Rest sleep workshop to your own lives. Through sleep monitoring tools such as sleep logs and digital sleep trackers, you will be able to individualize sleep hygiene lessons by identifying patterns related to activities before and during bedtime that inhibit your sleep quality and making active steps to improve your sleep.
