This presentation will introduce the concept of Adaptive Leadership, which is a practical leadership framework that helps individuals and organizations adapt and thrive in challenging environments. It is being able, both individually and collectively, to take on the gradual but meaningful process of change. Through the presentation participants will be able to reimagine the adaptive leadership approach by exploring concepts from Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead, which highlights concepts of leading from a place of vulnerability.
