Winner of the prestigious Goldman Environmental Prize and founder of grassroots organization RISE St. James, Sharon is a local celebrity for her work protecting Cancer Alley residents from the development of new, toxic petrochemical plants. In our Q&A Panel, we plan to discuss how she became an environmental justice leader, what obstacles she has faced, and how we can help protect Louisiana communities from toxic pollution.
