This class utilizes heavy bags, focus mitts, kettlebells, TRX, and other tools to create a compound workout like no other. You can expect to work on skills like punching, kicking, agility, speed, power, and a healthy dose of metabolic conditioning. Boxing gloves and wraps are required - please bring your own.
