SnoozeFest Dreamy Arts & Crafts Night
Unplug, get creative, and enjoy a relaxing evening with Sleep Arts & Crafts Night. This hands-on event combines fun, low-stress crafting with tips for improving your sleep habits. Activities include making dream jars, designing sleep-tracking journals, decorating eye masks, and crafting aromatherapy items, all designed to support better rest and mindful bedtime routines. While crafting, you will also learn simple ways to de-stress and wind down for a more restful night. This event is perfect for anyone looking to slow down, tap into creativity, and engage in some calming activities and crafts before bed.
