Dr. Simone Domingue is a Research Assistant Professor at Tulane University's Bywater Institute. She leads Southwest Louisiana and Central Acadiana Resilient Future, a collaborative project that co-develops regionally supported climate adaptation strategies through engagement with community based-organizations, local governments, Tribes, and plann;ng experts.
