Sound Wave Pep Band performs in Krewe of King Arthur Parade

Featuring SoundWave Pep Band

SoundWave Pep Band was founded in 1992, and was a vital group in efforts to 'bring back the marching band,' notably working with & fundraising with the Emeritus Club to do so in the years immediately prior to Katrina.   SoundWave is a Tulane University Student Club, now under the auspices of the Tulane Band program: this is a parade in which they have frequently participated.

King Arthur is the 6th largest & 2nd largest co-ed Krewe in NOLA Mardi Gras - this is their 20th year parading in New Orleans & the 43rd Annual King Arthur Parade.  Each year, the 1750 Knights of King Arthur parade on the first Sunday of Mardi Gras, commonly known as “Family Sunday" in the Carnival schedule.
