Edward Michel, a Tulane SOPA professor, will talk about his experience in the FBI and as the New Orleans Inspector General to our club. Professor Michel brings over 30 years of local, state, and federal law enforcement experience, including more than 23 years with the FBI. During his FBI career, he served in senior leadership roles such as Joint Terrorism Task Force Commander, Unit Chief of the Foreign Terrorist Tracking Task Force, and Assistant Special Agent in Charge. He currently leads efforts to combat fraud, waste, abuse, and public corruption within the New Orleans city government.
