Functional Fitness Room

This class is geared towards beginner and intermediate fitness levels. Lead by certified personal trainers, participants will gain knowledge in developing their own workout plan, learn strength training exercises, technique and safety.

Tuesdays & Thursdays l 5:30pm

Session A:  January 29 – March 14 (no class February 28, March 5, & March 7)

Session B:  March 19 – April 25
