Strengths and Well-Being: Thriving with Talent
Join Leadership Learning and Wave of Support for a workshop to explore Gallup CliftonStrengths and well-being. Gallup's research shows that when folks understand and use their strengths, they are able to accomplish great things. People who know and use their strengths every day are 3x more likely to report having an excellent quality of life and are 6x more likely to be engaged at work. Additionally, when someone knows their strengths they are more confident, more engaged, experience less stress, and are more effective at developing themselves and growing as individuals.
