Calling all dog lovers! Sig delt will be partnering with the dog shelter and foster-pairing organization Take PAWS to host a philanthropic event to raise money both for Take PAWS and for our local Philanthropy New Orleans Child Advocacy Center (NOCAC). This event will span 3 hours at the SDT house (outside in the backyard) with designated sign ups so as to follow covid guidelines and to ensure the proper safety and care of the puppies present. People (both in the sorority and out) who would like to come play with and nurture the puppies will pay for admission, the revenue of these tickets to be split between Take PAWS and NOCAC. All of the dogs have been properly vaccinated and members of the program will sign a safety waiver to ensure everyone feels safe, comfortable, and is knowledgable as to how to interact with the animals. A Take PAWS specialist will also be present to oversee operations and keep all parties safe and happy!
