Join us for a gentle, trauma-informed yoga session in recognition of Sexual Assault Awareness Month. This class offers a supportive space to explore grounding, breath, and mindful movement at your own pace. This session(s) will focus on creating a sense of safety and empowerment through choice-based movement. No prior yoga experience is necessary, just come as you are!
