The Tulane Pro Basketball Negotiation Competition is taking place from March 3rd-4th 2022. We plan to have 35-45 schools attending the competition and around 30-40 judges from the NBA coming as well. We plan to use TPBNC funds to pay for the judges hotel rooms. We have a contract from the renaissance hotel which I have attached below for 35 rooms for these dates. We are also planning to hold a reception at the hotel on March 4th from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. The details for this agreement are also in the contract attached below. We have reviewed the contract and the terms look agreeable on our end. We also have had the hotel sign the alcohol addendum which we will attach as well.
