Tulane Tuesday | Umbrella/Mortar Board Decorating
LBC Gorson Porch Dining Room
Join us for an afternoon of crafting to jazz up your mortar board and/or umbrella for graduation! We will provide basic crafting supplies... you just bring your mortar board and/or an umbrella (see below on how to claim one!). When you are done, snap a picture, tag us, and share with family and friends so they know how to find you at graduation!
The event is open to graduating students ONLY. All graduating students are eligible to participate.
Participants may bring their own small umbrella to decorate OR reserve a plain white one by RSVP'ing to this event on Wavesync. YOU DO NOT NEED TO RSVP IF YOU ARE BRINGING YOUR MORTAR BOARD OR YOUR OWN UMBRELLA. THE RSVP FUNCTION IS ONLY FOR RESERVING UMBRELLAS.
** By claiming an umbrella through the Wavesync RSVP function, you are reserving ONE umbrella for yourself only. You may not claim one for any other individual. If you are unable to get an umbrella secured there, there will be some additional umbrellas available the day of the event that can be claimed first-come, first-served. Umbrellas can be picked up at the check-in table on May 114 (day of event) between 11 AM - 2 PM in the LBC Berger Family Lawn-Side Dining Room (Gorson Porch). **
